Terms of use

§1. General provisions

The website kancelaria-trc.pl is operated by Dariusz Włodarczyk under the name Kancelaria TRC. These terms govern use of the website, the “Free assessment of your case” chat and the client account.

§2. Scope of services

Kancelaria TRC handles three areas: residence and work procedures for foreign nationals in Poland, accident compensation, and state benefits and smaller administrative matters. Services cover practical administrative guidance, preparing documents and managing correspondence and proceedings where professional representation is not required.

§3. Free case assessment

The initial assessment is exclusively online, in the website chat or on WhatsApp. It is free and does not oblige either party to enter a contract. Review of uploaded documents is also free.

The assessment is preliminary and based on information from the client. It does not guarantee an outcome.

Starting case handling requires a separate contract with an agreed price set in advance.

§4. No guarantee of outcome

Kancelaria TRC does not guarantee a decision by an authority, insurer or other body. We undertake to prepare the case carefully, track deadlines and keep the client informed.

§5. Cases requiring court proceedings

Where a court decision is needed, Kancelaria TRC refers the case, with the client’s consent, to a cooperating qualified professional representative, together with the case description and documents. The client contracts directly with that representative.

§6. Client account

The client account is free of charge and is solely for document transfer and communication about the case. The user may delete the account at any time.

Registration requires an email address, its confirmation and the required consents.

The user is responsible for password confidentiality and the authenticity of uploaded documents.

Accepted files: PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, up to 20 MB each.

You can delete the account in “My profile” at any time. Deletion removes uploaded documents, except data we must retain under statutory rules.

§7. Complaints

Complaints about the service may be sent to box@kancelaria-trc.pl. We respond within 14 days.

§8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint-resolution procedures.
